Q: How should I wash my Wilker's saddle pad, leg wraps, etc?
A: All of our products are machine washable and most* are dryer safe. For best results, wash on cold/gentle cycle and dry on low or no heat. DO NOT use chlorine bleach. DO NOT dry clean. The chemicals will damage the materials.
*MEMORY FOAM HALF PADS can be washed on a cold/gentle cycle, but must be line dried to preserve their shape. We recommend spot cleaning if possible.

A: We offer a selection of our products through our online store. Q: How can I become a dealer of Wilker's products?
A: We are always seeking quality retail establishments to carry our products. If you would like to become a dealer of our products, please download our Dealer Application, complete it, and return it to us by fax, mail, or email. Your tack shop's tax resale number must be on file and current. We also require three current trade references. There is a $500.00 minimum opening order.
Q: Can you tell me more about buying wholesale from you?
A: Wholesale Prices are subject to change without notice, therefore wholesale pricing is not listed on the website. Please contact us for current pricing. Wholesale Term options are Prepayment (Credit Card), COD, or Open (Net 30) Account. Net 30 day terms are available with good credit references. All open accounts that exceed 45 days will automatically be put on COD. We also accept credit cards! Pay for your wholesale order over the phone with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Beginning October 22, 2018, there will be a 1.5% service fee added to all credit card transactions. If your credit card is declined at time of shipping, we will notify you by phone and email. You have 24 hours to contact us with a new/updated payment method or your order will be restocked. All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service or USPS, whichever is more cost effective unless COD terms are selected. Please note that most orders are shipped in oversized boxes that are charged by size, not weight.
